  • Why Yoga?

    Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India. Yoga means “union”, connecting the physical, mental, spiritual practice through moving through different poses while incorporating your breath. Yoga has been scientifically proven to improve strength, flexibility, balance, help manage stress, decrease anxiety, depression, and so much more.

    In times, where we constantly sit in front of our computer for long periods of time, it is important to include some movement into your day-to-day. This may show in different forms, but yoga is unique as it allows you to connect your breath and stillness with each pose.

    Each yoga pose has physical and mental benefits that help you feel grounded, centered, focused, relaxed, reduce inflammation, release stress, improve sleep, and improve your overall quality of life.

  • Is this for you?

    For the 9-5 working moms, yoga can be beneficial when incorporated into your daily routine. You will see the immediate benefits by practicing yoga 15-30 minutes a day or honestly whenever you have the time for a quick yoga flow. By allowing space and time to focus on your daily practice through body movement, breath work, and meditation, you can boost your overall energy, decrease stress, and be more present for yourself and your family.

    If you are the type of person that finds themselves constantly stressed, feeling tired, unable to meet personal goals; these yoga classes are for you.

    My classes are designed for all levels. Either if this is your first time taking a yoga class or have been practicing for years, my classes will bring a unique experience to you. I work with all my clients to ensure they are meeting their physical goals by integrating more cardio induced classes and help them relax and reboot through my hatha classes.

    I like to focus on all aspects of the body, including moving mindfully through all poses. I ensure we move safely into poses and provide the proper modifications needed for your body.

    If you’re pregnant or postpartum these classes are also designed to prepare you for labor, connect with your baby during pregnancy, and help you ease your body during postpartum. I help you connect physically, mentally, and emotionally during all aspects of motherhood.
